Durham Assessment Centre has been offering Management NVQs since 1995 and has a proven track record of success in this field.
The Centre is accredited to offer NVQ Level 2 Team Leaders award; and Management NVQs at levels 3 & 4.
The Management programmes are offered with a two day induction workshop this covers most of the underpinning knowledge requirements of the NVQ, followed by a timetabled programme of ½ day workshops every 2 weeks. Each workshop deals with the evidence requirements of a specific unit/element.
Key Roles make up the management award at every level:
The Centre also offer the Registered Managers Award; which is manditory for all managers of residential care establishments who do not have the necessary mix of Care / Management proven competencies.
